Iraqi double agent named as Lockerbie bomber

What a tangled web they weave. Nothing is ever has simple as the BBC would have you believe, one of the reasons that the system is so reticent to release intelligence material is because then they would have to admit that they know much more about a lot of things that happen than they let on. My question is would the secretive weenie services allow a few hundred people to die so they could protect one informer????

I don't care what the government says, I don't trust the Intel community to do anything other than act in their own interests. They're completely unaccountable and generally speaking don't give a rats arse about the rest of us; histroy has proven this time and time again. If you happen to be a spook and you're reading this then I strongly suggest you take a good long look at yourself in the mirror and ask how you can do what you do.

A rogue spy has identified an Iraqi agent working for British military intelligence as a new suspect in the Lockerbie bombing, a Sunday Herald investigation has revealed.

The claims are made in an affidavit submitted to the High Court in London by David Greenberg, who worked with a secret arm of the British Army's Intelligence Corps.

He alleges a series of crimes by British undercover army units, among which it is claimed that 'a British intelligence agent of Iraqi descent' was connected to the downing of PanAm flight 103 over Lockerbie in December 1988. The terrorist attack claimed the lives of 270 people.
